Yes. It’s completely normal for ideas and preferences to evolve as the project moves forward. You don’t have to have every detail finalized from the beginning.
Does the price vary upon square footage?
Yes. Several factors influence pricing, including location, materials, home size, weather conditions, and the custom decisions you make along the way.
Do you have floor plans available for us to select from or can we bring our own?
Yes, we offer a variety of floor plans in different sizes and layouts for you to choose from. If you already have your own plan, we’re happy to build from that as well.
