Can I make changes to our house during the building process?
Yes, there will always be changes coming up as the process continues. You don’t have to know everything that you want in your home from the start.
Does the price vary upon square footage?
Yes, there are several factors to consider such as the location, materials, size of home, weather and decisions about your home.
Do you have floor plans available for us to select from or must we use one of yours?
Yes, we have several floor plans that you can select from. The plans and sizes all vary. Or if you have you own floor plan, that’s fine too!
