Having Rocky as the builder of my house was an amazing journey. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I really enjoy the house he built for me, and when I had a few issues after I moved in, he quickly resolved them.

Rocky even found the lot near my sister for me. Moving from upstate NY to Alabama was hard enough, and Rocky kept me updated through out the process.

Firstly, Dustin and myself would like to personally thank Stoney, Rocky and everyone at Rocky Childers Construction for our beautiful forever farmhouse. Upon the first meeting at our property, Stoney and Rocky looked at our house plans and our lot and were eager to embark on this journey with us. Stoney was very attentive and kept Dustin and I updated from the beginning ground breaking to the final walk through. Stoney was able to take my design ideas and bring them to life being sure to pay attention to the smallest details. Even when we had a minor mistake, Stoney made sure everything was taken care of to meet our vision. It was very exciting to see them bring our farmhouse from blue prints to life with expert craftsmanship. Being our first build, we had quite a few questions. With every question, concern, design change, budget questions, Stoney was sure to walk us through every step of the way. He was prompt to address any question or concern no matter how big or small. Dustin and I feel very blessed that we had someone who truly cared about his craftsmanship and treated us like family. We would very much recommend Stoney and everyone at Rocky Childers Construction and will use them for any other projects in the future.

We worked with Stoney and Rocky Childers to custom build our beautiful new home! We cannot say enough about the quality of their work! Stoney was always available and so patient with our many questions and requests. If we had a request that was out of the norm, he didn’t just say that it couldn’t be done. He would research it, ask around, find competitive pricing, and then make it happen. He made our dreams and visions come true. We loved getting to know all of the professionals and contractors that work with them. They are all top notch! You can tell that there is a level of respect and camaraderie between them which really helps get the work done well and on time.
Towards the end of the build, several things occurred to cause us to need an earlier move in date. Stoney did an amazing job pulling all of the contractors together to get the jobs completed so that we could meet our new deadline.
